This story is full of encouragement for others facing a sudden change in life’s direction, to not give up on finding a new purpose. With faith as her anchor, Samantha's hope is those living with Chronic Illness will discover your illness is only a part of your life, it doesn't have to be all of your life. You can find your purpose, too.
About the Author:
Samantha Moss was forced to medically retire at the age of 49 from her successful Management career due to a rare disabling bone disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and a permanent colostomy. Living in Australia with her husband, Sam’s disabilities progressed fast, so she started a blog and an online support forum. Her forum began as a safe place for anyone wanting the hand of friendship, as they journey an often lonely and difficult path living with a chronic disease, and turned into a community. She is a passionate patient advocate, raising awareness about what it is like living with chronic disease and how it is possible to find new ways to live a full and rewarding life.
